Allow Time For Recovery

Remember that the body needs time to repair the tissues damaged during the workout. Do not be misled by the thought that you will gain more muscle if you work out more. Muscles grow when you rest and not when you work out. Allow the body some time before it gets used to such stress. People who work out daily may have gone through the phase where you need to take your workouts slow, giving your tired muscles time to relax, repair and recuperate. You can however, intensify your routines as you progress. Drinking lots of water to keep your body hydrated and never staying hungry is crucial for tissue repair and regeneration.

Apart from the things mentioned above you need patience, determination and dedication. None of the prominent bodybuilders you see achieved such a body in a short period of time. Workout schedules are not like if it works for one it works for all, it needs personalization. Get a certified trainer to prepare a workout regimen for you, and a dietician to prepare a diet chart for you. Be regular at your workouts.
